What do you sell?

We specialise in watch winders, watch boxes and cases, and accessories that help you store, display and care for your watches – from single-watch winders to large cases for a full collection.

Do I really need a watch winder?

If you own an automatic watch that you do not wear every day, a winder keeps it running so the time, date and any calendar stay set and ready. If you only own one automatic and wear it daily, you may not need one. Our guide to choosing a watch winder explains more.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. After that, standard shipping takes around 7-20 business days and express 5-10, depending on your location. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. A physical delivery address is required (we cannot ship to US APO/FPO addresses). International orders may be subject to local customs duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) through a secure, encrypted checkout powered by Square. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

What is your return policy?

If something is not right, you can return it within the window set out in our Refunds & Returns Policy. Just contact us first and we will guide you through it.

Are you affiliated with any watch brands?

No. Jewelry and Timepieces is an independent company and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Rolex, Omega, Patek Philippe or any other brand. Brand names are used only to describe compatibility.
