Refunds & Returns Policy
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. Once the packaging and shipping process begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our top priority. You may request a refund or reshipment if:
- You do not receive your order within the guaranteed time (45 days, excluding 2-5 day processing).
- You receive the wrong item.
- You no longer want the product you received (the item must be unused, and you must return it at your expense).
We do not issue refunds if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
*Custom-made watch straps cannot be refunded unless they are defective.
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period (45 days) has expired. Submit your request by sending a message on our Contact Us page.
